Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation. Each item is handcrafted in small batches, so please allow additional time during product launches or high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note for U.S. customers: As of 2025, the United States has eliminated the $800 de minimis duty exemption for international parcels. All orders shipped to the U.S. are now subject to customs duties regardless of order value. We recommend factoring this into your purchase decision.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs holds or inspections.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.


Delays & Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs holds. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been dispatched.
